We first build a mock-up or prototype if you like. This won't do all you want, but does show one of the most critical components - the user interface - early enough to identify differences between what you wrote in the spec, and what the programmers read. Most large systems succeed or fail on their interface. Much can be done to upgrade a back-end, but if people can't or won't use it, it sucks. And that includes from the CIO through to customer service operators.

Secondly, we limit your financial risk by offering fixed price quotes. It works like this. We know about software developers - you may not. We have selected off-shore partners who have a proven record of accurate and timely code delivery, at a well defined cost. It would take you years, and several failures, to do this. We are able to assess this risk - your risk - of poor developer performance, because we have already verified the performance of our development teams.

And finally, testing. No project is complete without the final acceptance test - does it really do what was asked? Does it meet your spec? Is it safe to pay the final balance?

We can offer professional testers, experienced with the web and application products, intranet and internet. Even multi-lingual specialists in some cases. Buying a new product? Due diligence? An independent test report is your best way to ensure project completion. The loop is closed - we reviewed the spec, and now your spec is enacted. You can get on with business.
